Measuring 2,486 sq ft, the penthouse is situated on the 36th floor, and is priced at $5.38 million, translating to $2,164 psf on the floor area.
The duplex penthouse has an upper level which consists of an en suite junior master bedroom as well as outdoor deck that comes with a jacuzzi and open-air decks. The lower level comprises an en suite master bedroom, the third bedroom and a common bathroom. Last year, there was a total 10 resales from a 603 sqft one-bedder and 936 sqft two-bedder which went for $1.3 million ($2,157 psf) and $2.17 million ($2,317 psf) respectively.

The most recent sale of a penthouse unit at Spottiswoode Residences was in March 2021. A 2,906 sq ft, three-bedroom duplex was sold for $5 million ($1,720 psf). It had previously been bought from the developer in November 2014 for $4.25 million ($1,462 psf).
Based on EdgeProp Singapore’s tabulation, Spottiswoode Residences has an average price of $2,175 psf. This is on par with other freehold condos in the area, such as Spottiswoode 18 boasting an average price of $2,120 psf and Spottiswoode Suites at $2,236 psf.
The upcoming auction of the three-bedroom penthouse at Spottiswoode Residences is one to watch, offering excellent convenience and one of the best facilities in its prime location.
