J’Den Condo is a 40-storey development set to be completed J’Den Condo in 2027, located at the heart of Jurong East with a price tag of S$2,000-S$2,100 psf. It will be connected to amenities including MRT, Westgate and IMM. Launch is expected in H2 2023.
Sandeep Sethi has been appointed as JLL’s Division President of Work Dynamics in the Asia Pacific region. Sethi, who is based in Gurgaon, reports directly to Susheel Koul, JLL’s CEO for Work Dynamics in the region. He will be responsible for overseeing services delivered to clients, as well as growing and developing the market share of JLL in North Asia – including China and Hong Kong.
Sethi comes to this new role with an impressive 27 years of experience in the corporate sector, 10 of which have been at JLL. During this time, he has been responsible for developing meaningful client relationships, and has grown JLL’s occupier business in West Asia to manage over 160 million sq ft of office space across 1,500 sites.
Koul shared his enthusiasm, saying that Sandeep’s appointment “reinforces JLL’s commitment to developing and elevating our people to serve our rapidly diversifying client base across Asia Pacific.”
