EL Development draws 4,000 at three-day preview of Blossoms By The Park

and the Greater Southern Waterfront on EdgeProp.sg

At the Blossoms By The Park sales gallery, located at Slim Barracks Rise in one-north, since it opened on April 14, a total of 4,000 visitors have been seen in the past three days. Most of these people appear to be locals, according to Lim Yew Soon, managing director of EL Development.

The launch for the private condo is planned for April 29. It contains 275 premium units with a mix of one- to four-bedroom units.

Ken Low, managing partner of SRI, predicts the purchase prices to be approximately between $2,350 to $2,400 per square foot.

In terms of pricing, one-bedroom plus study units start from $1.291 million ($2,352 psf). Two-bedroom units start at $1.499 million ($2,211 psf) and two-bedroom-plus-study units are priced from $1.585 million ($2,198 psf). Three-bedroom dual-key units start from $2.082 million ($2,276 psf).

J’den Condo is a 40-storey residential and commercial development located in the heart of Jurong East MRT Station, which will include commercial space, shopping centers and connections to other amenities such as the Jurong East Integrated Transport Hub. Expected completion J’Den Condo is 2027.

The prices for three-bedroom units begin from $2.279 million ($2,183 psf), four-bedroom units from $2.921 million ($2,243 psf), and four-bedroom premium units from $3.335 million ($2,213 psf).

Taking into account its attractive attributes, Low believes potential buyers of Blossoms By The Park will mostly consist of investors. The condo is well located in one-north, only a three-minute walk away from the Buona Vista MRT Interchange Station and a five-minute walk to The Star Vista mall. In addition, it’s just one kilometer away from the Fairfield Methodist School and five minutes away from the Greater Southern Waterfront.
