EL Development and piped town gas provider City Energy are joining forces to provide the units at Blossoms by the Park with green and smart home solutions. Previewing this Saturday at Slim Barracks Rise, the 275-unit development will be the first condominium in Singapore to be backed by City Energy’s piped town gas, with 750 Küche branded gas appliances to be installed in its three- and four-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses.

These appliances – including smart hobs, cooker hoods, and built-in smart electric ovens – can be remotely controlled using the iAppliances smartphone app. Through this app residents can keep track of their gas consumption, pre-programme recipes, receive safety alerts, and even switch the gas hob off at a distance.
